Smiths Station Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Student Minister to build disciples for Christ by developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to youth ministry while serving as a spiritual leader and role model to students in grades 7-12.

Smiths Station Baptist Church is located in Smiths Station, Alabama, adjacent to Phenix City and 20 miles Southeast of Opelika. We are a multi-generational, Southern Baptist congregation with a heart for discipleship of students. The church has a state of the art, stand-alone student building on campus called Studio 412 with a large worship center, full kitchen, dining and game areas. Studio 412 is directly adjacent to the SSHS football field. A majority of our students attend Smiths Station schools. Smiths Station High School is a 7A, 10th – 12th grade school with an enrollment of approximately 1400 students. Smiths Station Junior High and Freshman Center have a combined enrollment of an additional 1300 students.

The successful candidate will have a strong calling to full-time ministry and is passionate about teaching Biblical truth to students while building relationships with students of different backgrounds.
