Supervise/Assist/encourage volunteers of Youth Ministry, and potential College Age Ministry

Start a college age ministry

Lead/Assist volunteer for Weeknight Basketball.

Supervise/ Guide/ help others lead mid-week bible study opportunities for youth and college age.

Help Senior Pastor and other lay leadership in a pastoral role in the life of the church, specifically youth and college age singles, as well the church at large.

Would report directly to Senior Pastor, meeting regularly.

All events, outreaches, activities must adhere the church statement of faith, and not hinder other ministries as they function.

Time expectation would be 18-20 hours a week, it is a salary position.
