Vision of the Church: University Heights exists for the sole purpose of making Jesus known. We do this by cultivating people who make Jesus known through the lives lived and conversations had. We believe that God has called us to give all of our efforts to raising up leaders who can be sent out in order to replicate a culture of disciple making. In so doing, we are asking God to move us from a church family to a family of churches as we seek to make Jesus known, not only in Huntsville, but to the ends of the earth. Because we believe that college students are perhaps the most send-able people in the world, we want to make a biased investment on and around college campuses so that we might see an even greater capacity for raising up more leaders to be sent out to the world.

Vision of the Collegiate Ministry Role: Develop and direct an appropriate and theologically sound ministry for college students. The primary focus of the ministry is to reach students, provide growth in the three primary relationships of the 1-3-1 discipleship model, develop and deploy students in servant leadership opportunities, and lead students to evangelize campus.
