Qualifications

Born again believer with a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a strong love for God and His people
Proficient in vocal and instrumental music with a demonstrated ability to lead corporate worship along with a band. A degree in music is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, and effective communicator.
Compatibility with our church’s beliefs, mission, and style of worship. Applicants must fully affirm the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message. Our Sunday morning worship service uses a contemporary style of worship.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of the church’s music ministry. This includes responsibilities such as leading worship, selecting songs, preparing lead sheets and chord charts for the band, preparing click tracks, leading band rehearsal, and preparing ProPresenter slides.
