North Oxford Baptist Church seeks to call an individual with a positive, energetic personality who works well with volunteers and loves investing in families with children. This full-time position will oversee the North Oxford Children’s Ministry with an aim of fulfilling these general responsibilities:

Develop and lead ministry programming for children from birth-6th grade
Coordinate and invest in volunteer teams within the Children’s Ministry
Provide care and discipleship to families with children
